On Location Photography's frequently asked questions

    1. How soon should I book my wedding Photography with On Location?
The sooner the better. It is not uncommon for On Location photography
to completely book up 1 Year in advance with Owner, & Lead Photographer
Jeff Faddis commonly booking 18 months out.

    2. I am 4 months from my wedding day, is it too late to book On Location
Photography for my wedding? Sometimes, On Location Photography gets
clients that change their wedding date. So it is always best to check
with On Location as soon as you know what day your event will be on & you
    have booked a location.

    3. Do I own the rights to my wedding images? Yes. By selecting a package
with On Location you get full rights to the images taken at your wedding.

    4. How many images will On Location Photography take? The short answer is
lots. At a typical wedding with coverage of 8 hours or more On Location
usually takes no less then 1,500. Longer weddings tend to have more then
2,000 to 4,000 images taken. Not all of these are portfolio quality, but by
taking more images, you get more of those special once in a lifetime moments.

    5. Who will be the photographer at my wedding if I book with On Location?
Typically, Owner & lead photographer Jeff Faddis. In the event that Jeff is
already booked for your day you will be assigned to another one of our
talented team members. You will know your photographer at the time of booking.

    6. If Jeff Faddis is not going to photograph my wedding, can we meet the
other photographer ahead of time? Yes, Yes & Yes. On Location will be happy
to set up a meeting between you and your photographer. Your assigned
photographer will also photograph your engagement session so you may
get a feel for what the wedding day will be like and so you can get to
know your photographer a head of time.

    7. Do I have to have an engagement session? No. However I request that Every
couple find an hour to have the session. It allows, your photographer & you
as a couple to go over your likes and dislikes and you get some great photos too!

    8. What location is the engagement session done at? Pretty much anywhere local.
I try to limit engagement sessions to the King & Snohomish county area for
client convenience and scheduling. There are many locations that work great
and I would be happy to suggest one if you need some help picking that perfect
    location for your engagement session.

    9. Are wedding dates booked on a first come first serve basis? Yes. Book early
to avoid having On Location Photography booked for your wedding day.

10.Can I purchase more albums and prints from you after the wedding? Yes. We
would be happy to meet and discuss albums and prints after the wedding at any
point that you are ready to start that process.

    11. Do I have to get my prints & albums from On Location? No. But we encourage you
to use our expertise and vast selection of output options that we offer. Additionally
images printed at your favorite local lab will not match the exact color of your
original proof prints due to profiling differences. When we print them, they will
match your original proof prints for that optimum color and clarity.

    12. How many photographers will be at my wedding? Typically just one. With the
Platinum package you will receive a second photographer at no charge.

    13. Can I add another photographer to my wedding package? Yes. We would be happy
to schedule a second photographer for a small additional cost at the time of your
    booking.

Yes. In fact we love to travel. On Location has done many destination weddings
over the years and would be happy to arrange something to fit your needs.
