On Location Photography Image Removal Policy

At  On Location Phtoography we respect your privacy. It is the policy of On  Location Photography
 to honor any written image removal request if your  son or daughter has been photographed at a sporting 
event and is under  the age of 18. Requests must be in writing and list every image number  or image name
 that you wish to have removed. Please understand that  requests from non custodial grandparents, siblings, 
other family  members and non custodial parents are not able to be accommodated. Upon  receipt
 of such request, On Location Photography will make every effort  to remove the images within 48 hours. 
Please understand that it is  possible that it may take as long as 72 hours due to technical issues  
with the server for the images to completely be removed. For questions  please call 425.260.3512. 

Removal Requests must contain the following information: 

• Child's name.

• Requesting Parent or Guardian's name and address.

• Child's jersey number if applicable for both home and away.

• Child's team name.

• Child's position (for football, soccer and baseball-if your child is a swimmer, please include event such as butterfly or breast stroke).

• All image numbers/image names that you wish to be removed, I.E. "JI8I1681.jpg".

• Signature of requesting Parent or Guardian.

• Any other child specific information you may have to help speed the removal process is welcomed, such as gallery you child appears in.
